Meet the Chef
Hi! I'm Fabian. Growing up in Brooklyn gave meaning to family and food to me.
I grew up in the restaurant business as a child. My father had a very successful Italian restaurant in Brooklyn for over 30 years, and it was there that I began my love affair with food. I worked at high-profile restaurants in both the front and back of the house for many years.
It wasn’t until years later that I opened my own restaurant, where I was at the helm for 12 years. My passion for cooking and hospitality kept me going through the years.
In 2018 I decided I would pursue my ambitions in a different arena: Personal Chef, Meal Prep, Catering, and Private Chef.
I prepare custom meals, cater large parties out of a commercial kitchen, and specialize in small private gatherings from 2-30 people. If you’re looking for someone to cook for your family while on vacation at the Delaware shores or prepare a feast for your holiday party, I’m your answer.
I spend my summer at the Sussex shores in Delaware, Bethany Beach, Rehoboth, Fenwick Island, and surrounding areas. I am available for hire from April to October to cook in your summer home, and then I am back in northern New Jersey to cater your holiday parties or prepare meals plans.
I am also a member of the United States Personal Chef Association and Insured.
